Inclement Weather Policy for the Club X “Xenia Tornado Memorial”

Coach: In the event the game needs to be stopped due to inclement weather, lightning, etc, you will be instructed by one or all the following methods:

1. Notified by Tournament Official;
2. Referees;
3. Air Horns.

Everyone should then go to their car or place of safety. DO NOT LEAVE THE SITE. The air horns, or tournament Official will notify you when everything is "All Clear". You should then return to the field. If it becomes necessary for you to check with the Tournament Headquarters regarding this situation, we ask that only the team Head Coach go to the Headquarters tent.
