Qualifications
Applications are considered from youth and amateur teams which are properly registered. Players must be currently registered with a team by their State or Provincial association. Each team coach or manager must be able to produce their USYSA (USSF for senior players) player pass or it's equivalent from the Federation affiliated association for each player. U8,U9 and U10 teams may have a maximum of 12 players on their roster. U11 teams may have a maximum of 14 players on their roster. U12 thru U19 may have a maximum of 18 players on their roster. No player may play on more than one team during the tournament. Teams may use a maximum of 3 guest players.
Referees
We will attempt to use the three referee system for all games except the 6v6 groups where we will have one qualified referee. Anyone interested being a Referee at the Tornado Memorial should click on the Referee application icon and submit an online application.
Acceptance of Teams
Team selection into the tournament will be completed by the tournament selection committee approximately two weeks after the tournament application deadline. Notification will be sent to all teams by email. Any team not selected will have their entry fee refunded. The selection process will be greatly assisted by the information provided on your tournament application. It is important to include as much information as possible to assist the selection committee. Cashing of the entry fee check does not guarantee or indicate acceptance.
